1. Use of the App
SafeCubby™ is intended for personal, non-commercial use by parents and caregivers. You are responsible for supervising your child’s use of the app.
2. No Data Collection
SafeCubby™ does not collect, store, or share personal data. The app runs entirely on your device.
3. No Accounts or Tracking
No account is required. No analytics, tracking, or third-party data collection is used.
4. Purchases
SafeCubby™ may include optional paid content. All purchases are handled securely through Apple’s App Store.
5. Limitation of Liability
SafeCubby™ is provided “as is” without warranties of any kind. The developer is not responsible for any damages arising from use of the app.
6. Changes to Terms
These terms may be updated in the future. Continued use of the app constitutes acceptance of any changes.
